Fancied making up a vero this morning so I decided to build a jangle box compressor (as a change from building dirt pedals!) I've just got to get myself the IC before I can test it out. Layout was found on the excellent Freestompboxes site. So thanks to everyone over there who was involved in the creation of this. I didn't have tants in the right value (again) so I made do with some nice little compact electrolytics.

So were you able to get the Jangle completed? How did it sound?
ReplyDeletenah, it didn't work mate and I've not had time to look into it, well couldn't be bothered if i'm honest. It just sounded like an overdrive with no compression at all. lol. I might try and trouble shoot it one day, but I get to the point where I'd rather just move onto something thing else in the end.
